How champions work in TFT: they fight automatically, cast abilities, sit on the board or bench, and share traits. The basics of building your first board.

Costs and Rarity

TFT champions come in five cost tiers, from 1-gold (gray) to 5-gold (gold border). What each tier does, when it shows in your shop, and which to reroll.

Star Levels

In TFT, 3 copies of a champion combine into a 2-star and 9 copies into a 3-star. A 2-star gets about 1.8x HP and 1.5x AD. Sell values and 3-star tips.

Champion Pool
