TFT Patch 18.4 Notes
Patch 18.4 is a large balance patch. It buffs deep origin traits and many 1-cost and 2-cost reroll units, and nerfs the strongest class traits, emblem builds and a few top carries. It also changes many augments, adds four free Wisps for low-gold shops and shortens each combat by two seconds.
- Trait pass: Blossom, Lunar, Sprykin (7), Riftbeast (7) and Eclipse are buffed; Juggernaut, Fae, Executioner and the Coven 130 cashout are nerfed.
- Most changed 1-cost and 2-cost units are buffed (Camille, Kobuko, Rakan, Xayah, Varus, Kayle, Shen, Teemo); Veigar is nerfed.
- 5-costs: Ashe and Draven refund mana when their ability hits nobody, Ashe loses starting mana and percent health damage, Kennen shield is nerfed, Solar Lux gets a new damage bonus.
- Augments: Trait Ladder and Dark Ritual are nerfed, Chosen of the Sun moves from Gold to Silver, and Construct-A-Companion, Dark Ritual and Forge-A-Friend are re-enabled.
- Wisps: four new 0-cost Wisps, risky scaling Wisps are no longer offered below 20 HP, and Combat Arrival and Departure are each 1 second shorter.
Did the changes work?
Results appear once enough games have been played on Patch 18.4.
